Diablo Padel Corporation, a Delaware corporation, runs this site and the founding-member list. This page says what we collect, why, and how to get it deleted. Write to hello@diablopadel.com with any question about it.
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and city, either from the form on this site or from a Facebook or Instagram lead form you submit to one of our ads. Some forms also ask how you heard about us and where you play today.
- Your deposit. If you claim a founding spot, Stripe processes the $99 payment and holds the card details. We never see or store your card number.
- How you use the site. Pages viewed, clicks, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type. We use PostHog for this, which sets cookies in your browser.
Why we collect it
- To email you about the club, the opening, and your founding spot.
- To hold and refund your deposit.
- To decide where to build. City answers drive the site search.
- To measure which ads and pages work.
Who else handles it
We use a small set of vendors, and each one only gets what it needs to do its job: Supabase (the database), Netlify (hosting), Resend (email delivery), beehiiv (the newsletter), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), and Meta (the lead forms on Facebook and Instagram). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the club is clearly not happening. Payment records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
- Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
- Email hello@diablopadel.com to see, correct, export or delete what we hold. We answer within 30 days.
- The $99 founding deposit is fully refundable at any time, for any reason.
- California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we apply them to everybody.
Cookies
The site sets analytics cookies through PostHog. It sets no advertising cookies. Your browser can block all of them, and the site still works.
Children
This site is not for anybody under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child gave us data, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS and sits in access-controlled systems. No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
