Terms

Last updated 1 September 2026

Diablo Padel Corporation, a Delaware corporation, runs this site and the founding-member list. These terms cover your use of the site and the founding deposit. Use the site and you accept them. Write to hello@diablopadel.com with any question about them.

What we are building

Diablo Padel is an indoor padel club planned for the East Bay, with six courts built for padel and nothing else. We plan to open in 2027.

The club is not open yet, and it is not built yet. Everything on this site describes what we intend to build. Court count, amenities, pricing, location and the opening date can all change as the project moves forward.

The founding deposit

  • The founding deposit is $99. It holds one of the first fifty founding spots.
  • It is fully refundable at any time, for any reason. Email us and we return it. We do not ask why, and there is no deadline.
  • The deposit reserves your place in line. It is not a membership, not a purchase of court time, and not a payment toward any later membership fee unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
  • Membership itself, and the terms and price that come with it, get offered separately once the club is closer to opening. You are free to decline at that point and take your deposit back.
  • If we never open, every deposit is returned in full.
  • Stripe processes the payment. Stripe's own terms apply to the transaction, and we never see or store your card number.

Founding spots

There are fifty founding spots. The count shown on the site reads live from our payment records, so it can move while you are on the page. A spot is yours when the deposit clears, not before.

We may decline or refund any deposit at our discretion, for instance a duplicate, an obvious test, or a payment we cannot verify.

Your information

The form asks for your name, email, phone and city. Give us accurate information, and keep it current if it changes. What we do with it, and how to have it deleted, is set out in our privacy policy.

Using this site

  • Do not submit anybody's details but your own.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

What belongs to us

The Diablo Padel name, the logo, the copy, the photographs and the design of this site belong to Diablo Padel Corporation. Please do not reuse them without asking. Ask us and we will usually say yes.

Some images on this site are illustrations of the planned club rather than photographs of a finished building.

No warranty

We provide this site as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, and we do not promise it is free of errors or never goes down.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Diablo Padel Corporation is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you have paid us, which for almost everybody is the $99 deposit. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your right to a refund of your deposit.

Governing law

California law governs these terms. The courts of California handle any dispute about them.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change materially affects your deposit, we will email you.
